According to the Terms and Conditions, to return the goods purchased in our online store, you must complete the return form and send it back together with the goods to the provided address:

The return must be made within 14 days after the delivery. Returned goods should not have any traces of use. 

The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the goods and the return form. The store does not cover the costs of the return shipment.
